Hi, Iβm Lily Chen β a Seattle-based yoga teacher specializing in Yin and Restorative Yoga.My journey with yoga began during a stressful chapter of my life, when I was working long hours in tech and constantly feeling burned out. I found comfort in the slower styles of yoga β the kind that gives your body time to breathe, release, and reset.Today, I guide others through that same journey β creating calm spaces where you can reconnect with yourself, one breath at a time.Whether you're brand new to yoga or just need a soft landing in your week, my classes are here to support your healing.
Yin Yoga β Deep Release
A slow, meditative practice focused on long-held stretches. Perfect for reducing stress, improving flexibility, and calming the mind.
Available: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7 PM (Online via Zoom)


Restorative Yoga β Complete Relaxation
Supportive poses using props to fully relax your body and mind. Ideal for burnout recovery, better sleep, and emotional balance.
Available: Sundays @ 10 AM (In-Person β Greenlight Studio, Seattle)
